Anne has worked with DSA since 2003, and in 2013 became the Director. Her commitment to candidates and clients, together with her professional approach produces consistent results. She works hard to build trusting relationships by offering honest, timely communications and valuable advice based on years of success. Anne believes that successful recruitment is about finding the right candidate for the job and the right job for the candidate.

Natalie commenced with DSA in May 2021. She brings a wealth of experience, having worked in Employment Services for 15 years. She has a bright and friendly nature, making all feel welcome. She is eager to assist and please in the recruitment process for both clients and candidates.

Marianne is a qualified Accountant who joined DSA in 2019. Having worked in the finance industry for over 25 years she brings with her a wealth of knowledge and experience, specialising in accounting. Marianne is extremely professional and diligent in her duties and is responsible for DSA’s finances, invoicing, and payroll.
